The Allure of Granite.

Only the genuine truly moves us.

Forever genuine

Granite predates every notion of design. It is time shaped into matter—created under immense pressure and refined over millions of years. For as long as we have built, natural stone has been the groundwork of human architecture. Now there are countless ways to mimic its elegance. Yet no finish, no engineered texture can match its depth, its stillness, its power. For only the genuine truly moves us.

Origin

The granite for a Kusserpool comes from our own quarries in the Bavarian Forest. Here, we extract the material where it was born—responsibly, locally, and to the highest quality standards. That’s how we ensure: every pool begins in genuine nature.

If you have a sense for the genuine, you accept only what is genuine as truly meant for the senses.

Characteristics

Granite is more than just durable. It withstands frost, heat, chemicals, UV radiation, and time. Its surface remains authentic, its structure alive. Crafted in large, seamless formats, it allows for calm lines and uncompromising clarity—technically as well as aesthetically.

Elemental

Water and stone aren’t a modern concept—they’re an age-old bond. From alpine lakes among massive cliffs to springs cutting through granite, when water meets natural stone, a special stillness emerges. We bring that very sensation into your own surroundings: the experience of swimming in something elemental.

Only those who go far enough will arrive at the very source.

Depth

We weren’t satisfied with surface alone. Every granite block we extract from our quarries tells a story of geological patience—shaped by pressure, heat, and millions of years. That depth, that history lives in our pools: felt in their texture, seen in their grain, impossible to ignore in their presence. When you pursue material with this kind of conviction, you build more than a pool. You create a place that connects nature, architecture, and human life.
